Here, you’ll find all the important guidelines and information designed to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and respectful experience for everyone at The OC Nail Bar. Please take a moment to review our policies before your visit.
CANCELLATION
The OC Nail Bar charges 100% late cancellation fee for any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
DEPOSIT
Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable.
24 HOURS BOOK OUT
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day bookings and last-minute scheduling requests will not be accommodated.
NO TOLERANCE
Disrespectful behavior, bullying, manipulation, intimidation, or inappropriate communication—whether in person or through messages—will not be tolerated. Any behavior that compromises the integrity of the space or technicians well-being may result in refusal of service and a permanent ban from future bookings, without warning or refund.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
For the safety of our clients and technicians, services cannot be performed on anyone presenting with active infections, fungus, contagious conditions, or open sores on the hands or feet. The determination to refuse service is solely at the discretion of the technician. This decision is made to protect the health and safety of everyone in the space and is not open to dispute. If a condition is identified at the time of the appointment, the client will be politely declined service and asked to seek appropriate medical treatment before rebooking. Clients remain fully responsible for the total cost of the service booked, regardless of whether the service is performed. Time reserved cannot be reallocated, and last-minute cancellations due to health conditions fall outside of our control.
MULTIPLE SERVICES
If multiple services are booked, all booked services will be charged in full, regardless of whether all services are ultimately performed. Booking multiple services reserves time on the schedule that cannot be reallocated. It is the client’s responsibility to select services carefully prior to booking.

BARE NAILS
To ensure the highest quality and proper timing for your appointment, please arrive with bare nails when booking services such as Russian Manicures or any treatment requiring a fresh application. If you have existing nail enhancements or product from another salon, you must book a removal service alongside your desired Manicure to allow adequate time for proper preparation.
If you arrive with product on your nails but have not booked a removal service, we will need to perform the removal first. Please note that there will not be sufficient time to complete both the removal and your desired service during the same appointment. In this case, you will be charged for the original service booked at full price, and your desired service will be rescheduled for the next available appointment.
