It’s the technique with dry prep (no soaking) so the skin/nail plate stays firm and predictable. We use E-file (electric file) + specialty bits to gently lift and remove dead skin. High-detail cuticle cleaning for a super crisp, polished look. Often finished with structured gel / builder gel or bare nails.

Russian pedicure (dry pedicure)
This focuses on toenails + skin work:
Detailed cuticle/nail prep (often e-file)
Callus/rough skin refinement (done safely + intentionally)
Paired with professional softening products (like urea-based care)
Results = smoother heels + healthier-looking feet without the “over-scraped” feel.
A true Russian manicure/pedicure should never feel aggressive or “medical.”
It should be:
• clean, gentle, controlled
• focused on removing dead tissue only
• not cutting living skin or digging into corners
-
Because soaking can:
• temporarily swell the nail plate, which can reduce product longevity
• make skin mushy, harder to detail cleanly
• hide what’s actually going on with the cuticle/skin
Dry services are about control, precision, and long-term results.

Yes — we specialize in detailed, waterless care around the nail folds. For anything severe or infected, we’ll recommend pairing our services with a medical provider. Your comfort + safety first 🫶
As far as ingrown issues being covered, we are still a cosmetic provider, so the main purpose is aesthetic. Depending on the severity of the ingrown (because the word means something different to everyone) it might be something you need to work with a podiatrist on. We work with a lot of clients that are working with a podiatrist, and getting regular pedicures from us. We do have methods that help prevent ingrowns, and help relieve pressure, but we aren’t medical professionals.

For best results at home, apply a pea-sized amount of LCN Urea Cream once daily to clean, dry feet.
✨ The magic trick? Your results go WAY up when you put socks on right after—it helps seal everything in and keeps the skin hydrated longer.
For athletes / work boots / heavy-duty feet (firefighters, nurses, construction, etc.)
I recommend Footlogix Rough Skin Formula for preventative care. It’s lightweight, fast-absorbing, and helps keep roughness from building up again while still deeply moisturizing.
